EMPLOYMENT PROCEDURE
BÜROSAN publishes the recruiting requirements for job positions that it need on its own website or through Kariyer.net. COMMON job applications are evaluated together with those applications made on websites and the interviews are begun.
EMPLOYEE FEES
Fees of our teammates, who are accepted for job, are defined by wages policy of our company. The wage increase is realized in January at rate of inflation and as a result of their performances. The second wage increase is realized in July at rate of inflation.
EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Our teammates, who are accepted for job, were applied by orientation training for 2 weeks according their positions. Individual developments required by the position and the trainings required by company targets are supported by internal and external sources of the company.
